Traditional installation
holds back fleet electrification.

High Civil Cost

Trenching, cable laying, and ground restoration add substantial cost before a single charger is operational. For underground or multi-storey sites, that cost is prohibitive, or simply impossible.

Weeks of Disruption

Traditional installation takes weeks of groundwork, disrupting site operations and delaying EV revenue. Every week of civils work is a week of lost charging income.

Retrofit Impossible

Underground and multi-storey structures cannot be excavated. Conventional trench-based systems cannot be retrofitted into existing buildings, leaving entire site categories without EV charging.

Surface-Mounted.
Zero Excavation.

The Neutron Rapid Deployment Base System eliminates groundwork entirely. Precision-engineered modular bases bolt to any concrete or paved surface with M12 expansion bolts. Above-ground square tube cable trunking replaces buried conduit runs. No digging, no ground restoration, and no weeks of civil works.

Common questions

Does installation require excavation?

No. Every component bolts onto the existing floor surface with M12 expansion bolts. No trenching, no ground restoration, no structural disruption — making it the only viable EV charging solution for underground and multi-storey structures where excavation is impossible.

How long does installation take?

60% shorter than trench-based methods. A complete charging row can be operational in days. Conventional civil engineering requires weeks of groundwork before a single charger goes live — the RDBS eliminates that entirely.

What site types is RDBS suitable for?

Underground car parks (where excavation is structurally impossible), multi-storey car parks, and outdoor surface depots. All three environments use the same modular component set.

What power levels does it support?

The RDBS pairs with the Neutron MGCS, supporting 240 kW to 960 kW of total depot charging capacity. Master Unit Bases mount the MGCS power hub; Terminal Bases mount satellite charging units at each bay.

How many components are in the system?

Eight factory-prefabricated components: two Master Unit Base variants (240 kW / 480 kW), two Terminal Base variants (single-side / dual-side), Cable Management Trunking, Cable Trunking, T-Junction, and 135° Corner Elbow. All arrive pre-assembled.

How much does it save on civil costs?

Up to 50% lower civil cost compared to trench-based systems. Trenching, cable laying, conduit work, and ground restoration are all eliminated. There is no disruption to site operations during installation.
